Request account deletion

If you have a BWRL Laundry Service account, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal information by email. You do not need to sign in to use this page.

How to make a request

1. Email bubbleswash.ug@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, if possible.
2. Use the subject line BWRL account deletion request and include the phone number or email address associated with your BWRL account so we can locate it.
3. We may contact you to verify that you own the account before processing the request. Do not send your password, payment PIN or card details.

If the button does not open an email app, write directly to bubbleswash.ug@gmail.com.

What happens to your data

After a valid request is verified and completed, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, including account and profile details, saved addresses and other personal information linked to your use of the service, where deletion is possible.

Some order, payment and transaction records, and information needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, regulatory or dispute-resolution purposes may be retained for the applicable purpose and period. When that information is no longer required, it will be deleted or anonymized in line with our Privacy Policy.
